Streetdance Amadé - Production for Mozartwoche 2025 by Stiftung Mozarteum Salzburg

Classical music meets street dance: in Streetdance Amadé dancers from hip-hop, house dance, breaking and funk styles encounter a DJ and a pianist, so as to explore the common parallels between the pulsating rhythms of street- and club dances and the timeless sounds of the immortal composers Mozart and Bach.
The various chapters of the performance offer the opportunity for improvisation and thus a range of creative possibilities for extraordinary and unique moments. The exciting performance allows tradition and modern to merge with one another in a fascinating way, thereby opening up completely new perspectives.

With music by Mozart and Bach, combined with various Hip Hop (inspired) beats.
