POTPOURRI DANCE MENTORSHIP
Passion, Precision, Professionalism
4-Day
Intensive Program for Emerging Dancers
The Potpourri
Dance Mentorship is an intensive 4-day program designed to help emerging
dancers elevate their careers through a holistic approach to professional
development. Farah Deen and Olivia Mitterhuemer, dancers, choreographers, and
producers with 20 years of experience, open their books to share their
knowledge with the street and club dance community. Having held
various roles and responsibilities within the dance world, they have gained
valuable and diverse perspectives as artists and producers on an international
level.
This
mentorship offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights across a broad
range of topics. Participants will receive valuable input on project
management, international community building, networking, budgeting (including
navigating Austrian funding structures and strategies for securing
sponsorships), and working as a performer or producing your own dance piece.
The program
combines physical choreography sessions, theoretical expertise, and practical
hands-on exercises.
